Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your booking, refundable under our cancellation policy.

3. Payment Terms

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
No-shows without prior notification may be charged the full service fee.

All items are to be properly packed and secured before transportation.
We carry insurance to cover accidental damages caused by our staff during the service.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth service experience, clients must adhere to the following:

Provide accurate information about the pickup and delivery locations.
Ensure that access is available for our vehicles at both pickup and delivery points.
Be present during the service, if required, to supervise and direct the process.

7. Service Limitations

While we strive to accommodate all client needs, the following limitations apply:

We do not transport hazardous materials or illegal items.
Oversized or unusually heavy items may require special arrangements and additional fees.
Services are limited to the geographic area of Knightsbridge unless prior arrangements are made.
